This 29-year-old female presented to the emergency department complaining of feeling weak and dizzy. She admitted to being an IV drug user and believed that someone slipped something into her food several days ago while she had been at a truck stop diner. The patient also stated that she was 10 weeks pregnant and recently restarted on methadone for a “past” heroin addiction.
