EP Renewals and Subscriptions
Emergency Physicians Monthly is free for all emergency physicians (primary and secondary specialty), EM residents and emergency physician assistants.

CURRENTLY RECEIVE AND WISH TO RENEW:
Even though you currently receive EPM, we need for you, our reader, to renew your subscription at least once a year. You can do so by filling out the form below or by mailing in one of the postage paid cards that periodically comes attached to your issue. Your annual renewal is necessary so that EPM can maintain its postal status as a periodical. This process helps ensure that the publication arrives at your door quickly and efficiently. So renew often, and spread the word in your emergency department. We'll owe you one.

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS:
If you have moved and need to change your address you'll also need to fill out the form below. In addition, go to this link and submit your change of address with the AMA who handles the master mailing lists. This can be done easily by calling (800) 262-3211 ext. 5192 or online at http://www.ama-assn.org/go/address. Your change of address will not go through until you have submitted both forms.

DON'T RECEIVE AND WISH TO SUBSCRIBE:
If you do not currently receive EPM but would like to, you'll need to fill out the form below. EPM is free for most emergency medical professionals but if your specialty happens to be outside our circulation, you can subscribe to EPM at the low cost of $37 per year.
