I was a trauma surgeon in Vietnam in 1971. We had an RPG lodged in the RUQ of a soldier. Unknown number of spins. Fortunately, we were able to remove without harm to us or him. I can really appreciate the "terror" that one feels, and at the same time, the adrenalin rush in doing this. My greatest respect for their efforts.

This is one of the most profound videos I have ever seen.... I am incredibly proud of all of you, and you have my gratitude for what you do everyday.
