Or do you think Warren Buffet is in the habit of buying businesses whose profit model doesn&#039;t work.  Or maybe NY docs have been committing more malpractice?  We don&#039;t have enough information to reach a conclusion.

Probably none, since the money wouldn&#039;t come from their own pockets anyway.  Doctors aren&#039;t rushing out the door in civilian practice now, so why would it change in military practice?</description>
