I think that&#039;s why we have a trial.  Because all kinds of human interactions sometimes turn south and the parties involved think the original intent was something else and but for that mistake it would have been achieved and they wouldn&#039;t have suffered damages.

Maybe we should change the name from a &quot;lawsuit&quot; to &quot;A method of gathering information and sorting out whether a party was at fault when people have a disagreement and whether that fault resulted in damages that should be compensated&quot;.  Much better.</description>
