I just spend 8 weeks giving care to the poorest of the poor in Southeast Asia. It is always interesting to return to the "Entitled States of America" after being in the developing world. In Asia they make stuff. Stuff that you and I buy. Clothes, cars, TV's, machine tools, etc. In America we no longer make stuff. We make regulations!!!! And we wonder why our economy is in the crapper???? Way to go Florida: you are providing jobs by hiring regulators who come up with this utter nonsense!

Government workers are or are led by lawyer vermin, members of the world's greatest criminal syndicate. They make 99% of all government policy decisions, and make the corruption by Cartels, Russian mobs, Mafias look amateurish. They are all cult criminals, in full control of our government, with the rigging in their favor being airtight, and with no legal recourse.

1) All government officious intermeddlers should be sued as individuals. Because the aim is to reduce Medicaid expenditures, and not to improve care, they are intermeddling in bad faith for racist reasons. They do not want dark skinned people to have access to adequate care, generating costs. So file constitutional tort countersuits at every utterance of these enemies of clinical care.

2) Boycott all who file false or exaggerated complaints. Start an enemies list for boycotting by all service and product providers.

3) Tell patients and families that their care has been compromised and derailed by these intermeddlers. Give names and addresses. Let these families bring street justice to these enemies of clinical care. Just beat their racist asses. To deter.

I am more terrified of the "state" than I am of being sued for malpractice. And that's sayin' something since I'm the example for defensive medicine. I know way too many people who have been the victim of similar nonsense by their respective states. This story is awful, but it's just the tip of the iceberg.

Seriously, raise of hands, any doctor ever get "informed consent" for a pelvic exam?

Also, raise of hands, any ER doctor ever given anything to stop a miscarriage? If so, what was it? I'd like to know.....

Anyone? Anyone?
