		<description><![CDATA[This is really interesting, since in Germany every patient get&#039;s the surgical consult/pre-op talk, and the one from the anesthetist, where general morbidity and intubation/premedication related info is covered, as well as risks for the typ of anesthesia. 
If anything, I would have expected the surgical side to be responsible for the post-surgical care. But yeah, the patient&#039;s got nothing important to lose. ;-P]]></description>

I&#039;m wearing a patch now, for dizzyness from an ear infection. It works.

When it was prescribed, I remembered only hearing about it in old &#039;fifties&#039; movies and the urban legend sites, and mentioned my &#039;concern&#039; about it to my dr. 

Same &#039;concern&#039; when they prescribed cipro while traveling to P.I., in case of &#039;diarrhetical problems&#039;, and I had only heard of it from disaster prep training.]]></description>
